Ultimate Jimny Project Build

The resurrection of the mighty Suzuki Jimny has been a huge success, with these pocket sized 4WDs being loved by many for their go-anywhere ability, retro styling and undeniable sense of fun.

Make no mistake, this is a proper 4WD. Ladder chassis, live axles front and rear, high and low range 4WD. All of these things added up to a prospect that the team at Ultimate 4WD simply couldn’t resist, and after waiting patiently for just short of a year, we got behind the wheel of a grey manual 2020 Jimny.

This build is one of our favourites, a big difference from the usual big heavy tourers that we build. In keeping with the simplicity of the car itself, all the accessories we added were also nice and basic, and complimentary to the already awesome capabilities of this car.
